Carefully place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
